Our Strictly Come Pole Dancing class is our incredibly popular themed session where you learn pole flow routines every month in different dance styles. This class takes many styles of dance, from line dancing to Latin, and Salsa to Samba, and creates a pole fusion style.
What does a Strictly Come Pole Dancing class involve?
In these classes you will learn steps and fundamental techniques for a variety of dance styles, where they will be incorporated into a pole flow routine. Styles such as:

Bachata
Pole flow is where you learn moves and sequences connected around the lower third of the pole and floor. They ‘flow’ together, which is what gives this practice its name. You can replicate key movements and signatures from the above styles on the pole to create a unique fusion where two wonderful worlds collide.
How will I feel after a Strictly Come Pole Dancing class?

What level do I have to be?
This class is exciting and fun, recommended for students with experienced improver level ability, or equivalent knowledge if you are coming from another studio. If you’re unsure of your level or ability, please contact us. Experience of ballroom dancing, Latin or other fusion styles is not required.
Routines can include:
- Spin or static pole
- Spins
- Poses (such as standing poses or improver level seats and climbs)
- Floor work
- Pole flow combos
Adaptations will be provided where necessary. Make sure you communicate any health issues, injuries, or difficulties with your instructor so they can provide you with variations.
We endeavour to make our classes accessible to a huge range of students. Strictly Come Pole Dancing is, however, at times fast paced, energetic, and challenging. If you are just starting out on your pole flow journey you may wish to attend one of our other pole flow classes, workshops, or events, to help you solidify the foundation techniques.
